Today we post this notice to make clear regarding K-packet.
Korea Post does not allow to ship packages for the parcels with gravitational or volumetric weight heavier than 2kg through K-packet.
Nevertheless, if you choose K-packet option for such parcel, the forwarding application would be stated “Disputed / Problematic”.
So we would like you to be exactly aware of standard for K-packet and make regular check on the status of your application.
