In the wake of the Lunar New Year, Korgou introduces a new rate system and storage policy, which takes effect on February 13, 2024 and not be applied retrospectively.
(1) Free storage period of arrived packages before packing applications will be drastically increased from 90 days to 180 days. Instead, packages over 180 days will be discarded without the customer’s consent.
(2) Free storage period of packaged boxes after packing applications will be drastically increased from 30 days to 60 days. Instead, If the delivery fee is not paid within this 60-day period, packaged boxes will be discarded without the customer’s consent.
(3) The processing fee charged per KG at the time of packing application will be reduced from 3,000 won to 1,500 won in order to ease the burden of delivery costs. *Not applied to Priority service
