Based on our customers’ feedback, it is not uncommon that an order is delivered through several packages by Korean shopping malls and thus the limit of free five package consolidation can easily be exceeded. To lower our customers’ shopping cost, we have decided to implement the new policy of free package consolication. The new policy goes into effect today (4 December 2014).
Under the new pricing schedule, the limit of five free package consolidation has been lifted and customers can have as many packages as they want to be consolidated at NO cost.
