As we previously announced, recently, the number of unidentified items is increasing rapidly due to the absence of Customer unique ID on customer’s packages. In this case, the lost items are registered in the unidentified packages section of My Korgou page, so please make a claim on the website with supporting documents such as order statement or receipt to prove that the item is yours.
✔ The storage period for lost items is 3 months from the date of registration of lost items.
After that, we would like to inform you that it is not possible to process any further claims through the lost and found sector.
✔ When ordering items make sure to write the Customer unique ID.
