Today, we put two important notices.
1. AliPay only via EximBay
This information is for our customers who used AliPay for transfer to KorGou. We would like to inform our current Alipay customers of an important new policies. From October 1, 2023, customers should make an Alipay payment using the Eximbay payment system in KorGou. Otherwise, we are not able to give customers a refund under any circumstances if customers send money to Korgou using Alipay directly.
2. National holiday on October 9
On October 9 in K.S.T, it’s Korean national holiday, Hangulal. In this day, we also have off-time. Some of our services can be delayed, and we would like you to make referecne to this point.
