Why is my package registered in Unidentified Packages section?

Unless correct account ID is written on the invoice of the package, it can be registered in Unidentified Packages section. Even if your name has been written, it would be difficult to register the package in your account without account ID.

Therefore, you should fill your account ID in the blank for recipient or at the end of detailed address. In case of personal trade, you need to make the seller(sender) include account ID in the invoice.
