Shipping conditions

KorGou does not accept 'cash on delivery' packages.
When checking out at Korean shopping sites, please do not select cash/collect on delivery, deferred payment or any services that require payment on delivery as your payment or shipping method. In principle, we may also not able to pay shipping costs on your behalf upon package delivery.
If there are options regarding shipping cost payment, please select “주문시 결제” in Korean (which means pay shipping cost during checkout in English). Failing to do so may lead to the rejection or deferred processing of your packages and in some cases cancellation fees may be charged by the seller. If such is the case, the customer will be responsible for the fees incurred.
KorGou does not ship frozen goods, refrigerated goods, or perishables.
Please be noted that all internationally forwarded packages are stored at room temperature and frozen goods, refrigerated goods, or perishables that arrive at our warehouses may thaw and spoil. Since KorGou is not able to forward these packages, please be careful not to purchase refrigerated goods or perishables.
KorGou does not pay custom duties

This may also includes fees assessed by the customs brokerage that are passed along to KorGou, and subsequently passed along to the recipient. KorGou is not responsible for any customs processing payment.
If customer is contacted by customs regarding the contents of a package, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with all required correspondence. Any issue or dispute related to customs is the responsibility of the customer. KorGou may assist the process with good will but will not assume any responsibility and is unable to communicate with the customs office on the customer’s behalf.
