So we suggest that you fill the note with clear and specific contents like below <Example>. It would be better to include correct item designation and be careful for wording and grammar in your requests as possible.
Moreover, we can carry out accurate service if you give us attachment pictures including the marked products to be disposed like below pictures.
In the case of different result without observance of this policy, it would be impossible to get back disposed products, and we would not take any responsibility.
