Notification of warehouse relocation and service charge discount in February

Due to the growth of package forward business, and in order to offer better Korean package forward service for our customers, KorGou decides to relocate our warehouse on January 30th, 2016. The arrangements are as follows:
1.The last patch of packages will be forwarded on January 20th, 2016 at the current warehouse (package forward orders that are submitted before 21:00 Seoul Time, January 29th, 2016), all package related service will be handled at the newly relocated warehouse from February 1st, 2016.
2.We suggest that your shopping orders placed before January 26th, 2016 shipped to the current warehouse, while shopping orders after January 27th, 2016 shipped to the new warehouse.
3.The current warehouse will function simultaneously until February 25th, 2016. During the transition period, items that have been shipped to the current warehouse will be collected and transferred to the new warehouse, however, two to three business days’ delay is expected.

Meanwhile, in acknowledgement of our customers’ trust and support, the package forward processing fee (2000KRW per kilogram) will be waived from February 1st, 2016 to February 29th, 2016 (based on the time of package forward order submission).
